Jill Brumwell has always been drawn to the delicate, precise art of baking. Inspired by Switzerland’s world-famous pastry creations on a trip to Europe in 1998, Jill decided to enroll in the esteemed culinary program at the Dubrulle Culinary Institute in Vancouver the following year. It wasn’t long before Jill was taking dessert recipes from her ever-growing library of Martha Stewart Wedding Magazines and adding her own creative touch. Over the past twenty years, her clients have consistently raved about Jill’s strengths as a cake artist, most notably her eye for design and her tremendous attention to detail. Jill brings to every client her broad culinary experience, including event planning, catering and site design.
